Join the Jewish Women’s Circle for a hands-on chocolate workshop with Master Chocolatier Sima Amsalem!

Learn how to create delicious pralines, truffles, and ganache as Sima guides you through the art of chocolate-making. You’ll discover how to temper chocolate, then get creative as you roll, dip, and decorate your very own truffles.

At the end of the workshop, each guest will take home a beautiful box filled with the chocolates they personally made, along with the skills and confidence to recreate them at home.
